Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of security supervisor experience; college degree may count for half the experience.
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and site-specific security software.
• Scheduling flexibility and on-call availability 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more security officers and ensure knowledge of the assigned site.
• Manage staffing to ensure full post coverage and timely postings.
• Schedule officers and fill vacant posts as needed.
• Conduct inspections of officers, licenses, and uniforms.
• Review written reports and sign-in sheets for clarity and accuracy.
• Ensure daily report entries are timely and complete; audit for quality.
• Review post orders and propose changes to senior management.
• Report major disciplinary issues or malpractices to the Senior Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
