Job summary

Allied Universal in Seattle is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead a security team on a designated shift. The role requires coordinating with the Account Manager and field operations, coaching officers, and ensuring quality service delivery at the client site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in security, military, or law enforcement, or an Associate’s in Criminal Justice, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; able to deal with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driver’s license with appropriate driving history requirements.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site technologies.
• Ability to handle both routine and crisis situations calmly.
• Enforce contract standards and company policies.
• Experience with scheduling and billing software is a plus.
• Physical ability to work in various environments and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs; use scheduling/billing software for reports.
• Enforce Allied Universal policies and safety programs.
• Handle routine and crisis situations at the client site with calm efficiency.
