Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Site Supervisor in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. The role oversees the on-site security operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance for a client’s site.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, licensing/training as needed, and supervisory security experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard; Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry; Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by inspecting personnel and performance.
• Perform payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
• Provide direction to subordinates and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction measures.
