Job summary

Allied Universal in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on-site security operations for a client site. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and day-to-day administration to ensure service quality and contract compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, state licensing readiness, and supervisory experience in security. You will coordinate with management, handle payroll-related tasks, and respond to client requests while maintaining professional

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One or more of the following: service in active-duty military, Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets, minimum of one year supervisory experience in security, or an Associate's degree.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Problem solving, active listening, and the ability to assess situations quickly.
• Compile, sort, and interpret data; research and investigate as needed.
• Mediate conflicts with tact and diplomacy; write clearly and accurately.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all personnel).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure service quality and contract compliance by regularly inspecting personnel and their job performance.
• Perform payroll-related tasks, review and maintain incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as needed per Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties and performance.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations to management.
