Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor in Edwardsville, KS for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The position offers $22.00 per hour and opportunities to lead a security team, ensuring safe and well-run operations on site.

The ideal candidate will provide frontline leadership to security professionals, manage post orders and training, and serve as the link between the security team and site leadership, with room for career growth through

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed with staff scheduling and training.
• Ensure training and screening requirements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Monitor service quality and contract compliance by inspecting personnel and performance.
• Provide direction to subordinates and respond to client requests.
• Make disciplinary/commendation decisions for personnel under supervision.
