Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor for a Jersey City site. The role focuses on overseeing security operations, staffing, training, and compliance to ensure high-quality service for the client. The position starts at $25.00 per hour with full-time hours available.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, training, incident reporting, payroll support, and client communication. A state license and active NJ SORA are required, along with 2+ years of supervisory security experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have an active NJ SORA.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met for personnel.
• Maintain overtime at required levels and ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Inspect personnel performance and post orders to optimize security service.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions with management input.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies in accordance with site post orders.
