Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. seeks a Security Site Supervisor to protect data center infrastructure, assets, and personnel.

You will supervise Security Officers and Shipping/Receiving staff, enforce protocols, and coordinate with DCOPS to ensure safety and compliance at the assigned data center. Under Security leadership, you will manage performance, serve as SME for access control, alarms and CCTV, and prepare security manuals and incident reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years in security leadership or related roles.
• High School diploma or GED required; 2-4 year degree preferred.
• Active certifications such as CSG or CPO should be obtained within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for Security Officers and Shipping/Receiving staff.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols to protect people and assets.
• Conduct audits and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
