Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead security Officers and Shipping/Receiving staff at a data center. You will oversee safety, security, and compliance for the facility, ensuring access control, surveillance, and incident response are effective.

Reporting to Security Manager/Director, you will develop procedures, coordinate with DCOPS, conduct investigations, and manage performance. Travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in security roles (industrial, commercial, or data centers).
• Leadership experience required to supervise security teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, alarms, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily security operations and staffing.
• Manages security protocols, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Coordinates training, onboarding, and performance reviews.
