Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Guard card or BSIS certification; CPR/AED certification preferred or required.
• Previous concierge/reception or security experience a plus.
• Able to interact with the public in a courteous manner and stay calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and process personnel and visitors, issue badges and provide assistance.
• Answer calls and route them or log voicemail.
• Monitor and report suspicious activity in coordination with stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties such as parking validation, package tracking, and security access/video monitoring.
• Assist in emergency safety and security response efforts.
