Qualifications

• Previous concierge/reception or security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and process personnel and visitors, issue badges, provide assistance.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and log voicemail.
• Monitor and report suspicious persons or events with stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties (parking validation, package tracking, access/video monitoring).
• Assist in emergency safety/security response efforts.
