The role emphasizes customer service, security training, and 80 hours of wellness procedures and security techniques, including de-escalation and response.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Guard card or BSIS Certification required; training available if needed.
• High school diploma or GED required; experience in concierge/reception a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and process personnel and visitors; issue badges and assist.
• Answer calls and log voicemails.
• Monitor and report suspicious activity with stakeholders.
• Assist in emergency safety/security response efforts.
• Support on-site security and customer service needs.
