Job Title: Security Site Supervisor

Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Full-Time Site Supervisor at a client site in Woodridge, IL. This position offers a pay rate of $21.00/hr, paid weekly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisor experience
• 1+ years of security, military, or law enforcement preferred
• 1+ years of clerical/receptionist experience in a high-volume environment
• Valid PERC Card preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
• Exceptional report writing skills

Responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, customer service, personnel management, and ensuring security and safety in accordance with Post Orders and SOPs. The Site Supervisor must be knowledgeable of all directives and act efficiently accordingly.

Education Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
