What’s in it for you
Wage range: $21.00 minimum start, plus based on experience
Schedule: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM, days off are Thursday and Friday. Support team and fill shifts for unscheduled call outs if needed.
Location: 150 E Huron, Chicago, IL, with travel to Northbrook, Oakbrook, and other downtown Chicago locations. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Your Impact
Under the direction of the Food Service Director and Chef Kitchen Manager, the Kitchen Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for the successful operation of culinary services. This includes overseeing meal planning, hands-on cooking, preparation, presentation, and service. Collaborating with the nutrition team, you will help develop menus that meet dietary needs and preferences, focusing on flavor, creativity, and culinary excellence. Your leadership will ensure our culinary team contributes to the health, healing, satisfaction, and recovery of patients and residents.

Physical and Sensory Requirements
Must be able to stand and walk extensively, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, push/pull food hot boxes up to 50 pounds, bend and stoop, and have manual dexterity. Visual and hearing acuity are required, along with the ability to assess food quality and presentation, and tolerate exposure to temperature variations.
