Job summary

Admiral Security Services is seeking an Account Manager/Site Supervisor to oversee security personnel at the assigned building(s). The role covers contract delivery, client relations, scheduling, payroll, training, and site safety.

You will serve as the primary liaison with client representatives and ensure profitable, well-documented operations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining files, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with post orders and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security supervisor experience or related field.
• College degree may account for ½ of the experience qualification.
• Must have attended and successfully passed Admiral Leadership training.
• Must be flexible as position is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Admiral Security personnel assigned to the site.
• Manage contract deliverables and client relations.
• Act as the primary liaison between Admiral and the client representatives.
• Ensure accounts are managed efficiently and profitably.
• Assure site employees are properly trained and payroll processes.
• Maintain appropriate account files (personnel, operations and training).
• Address disciplinary problems and work with HR to investigate issues.
• Ensure knowledge of all post duties, post orders, and site procedures.
• Assure proper use, maintenance of equipment (keys, radios, etc.).
• Assist with staffing and coverage of all posts.
• Schedule officers and fill vacant posts.
• Inspect officer appearance, licenses and uniforms.
• Review written reports and sign-in sheets for clarity and accuracy.
• Review post orders and recommend changes to senior management.
• Other duties as assigned.
