Job summary

City Safe Partners Security in New York seeks an Account Manager - Security to supervise day-to-day security operations at client sites and serve as the primary liaison between the client and our team.

You will manage security officers and supervisors, assist with hiring, scheduling, and training, and ensure high-quality services while meeting contractual goals. Strong customer service and 2–3+ years of supervisory experience are required, with on-call availability as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of security supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer service and employee relations skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling/payroll systems and related software.
• Willingness to be on-call and respond to incidents 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations at assigned client site.
• Manage a team of security officers and supervisors, including hiring, scheduling and training.
• Ensure high-quality services to protect people and property.
• Build strong client relationships and provide responsive communication.
• Coordinate reporting, contract compliance, and client issues.
• Handle escalated security issues and assist with emergency responses.
