Job summary

Admiral Security Services is seeking an Account Manager/Site Supervisor for the Washington, DC area. The role supervises all personnel, handles contractual deliverables, scheduling, payroll, and client relations.

Shift Monday–Friday 0700–1500; pay rate $28.85/hour. Must have site supervisor experience and a current DC Security Officer license. May require up to 3 interview rounds.

You will maintain files, train staff, review reports and ensure site operations are profitable and compliant.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of security supervisor experience.
• Must have current DC Security Officer license.
• Flexible: position is on call 24/7 when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Admiral Security personnel and contract deliverables.
• Supervise scheduling, payroll, training, and site safety.
• Manage client relations and ensure profitable accounts.
• Act as liaison between Admiral and client representatives.
• Maintain site equipment, post orders, and incident reports.
