Job Description:

The Site Manager reports to the Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate security posture changes and communicate updates.
  • Ensure security briefs are accurate and current.
  • Manage unplanned client requests.
  • Coordinate client training exercises.
  • Perform quality control on supervisors.
  • Ensure deployment standards are met.
  • Maintain trackers, rosters, and metrics.
  • Audit daily operations.
  • Manage personnel changes between sites.
  • Lead weekly program meetings.
  • Update presentation slides for accuracy.
  • Keep leadership informed of issues and discrepancies.
  • Serve as primary contact between management and supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage documentation deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Eligible for employment in the US.
  • Minimum age 18.
  • Pass background and drug screening.
  • Reside within driving distance or willing to relocate.
  • Current BSIS guard card.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and ask questions.
  • Supervisory and mentoring abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years in security management.
  • At least 3 years in corporate security.
  • Experience in training development and implementation.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Military, security, or law enforcement experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in SOP writing preferred.
  • Certifications in First Aid/CPR, Diversity/EO/SHARP, Leadership & Management preferred.
