Nordex's representative on site is accountable for executing Nordex Windfarms, fulfilling HSE and Quality standards, and delivering the project's scope of work within budget and schedule. Main responsible on-site.

Your Tasks:

1. Ensure all project on-site activities comply with Nordex QHSE regulations and specific construction site regulations.
2. Ensure compliance with Nordex's processes.
3. Manage site-related activities during the execution readiness process.
4. Manage day-to-day on-site operations from initial site setup to project completion.
5. Ensure execution and compliance of contracts with suppliers and customers.
6. Manage construction activities to meet deadlines, cost, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
7. Manage relationships with customers at the site level in coordination with the Project Manager.
8. Manage customer expectations and maintain good relations with clients and their representatives.
9. Manage contracts and relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and providers delivering scope of work on site.
10. Coordinate on-site teams to deliver the scope of work.
11. Undertake relevant training and development activities and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement.
12. Monitor daily productivity, subcontractor performance, resource levels, and work quality; report as per Governance plan.
13. Ensure completion of all Nordex close-out documentation at project completion.

Your Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; extensive wind industry experience (5-7 years) considered with other degrees.
2. Availability to travel and be on site as projects require.
3. High proficiency in English.
4. Experience with internal IT systems and tools such as SAP, BIC, Upvise, ServiceNow, Campus, NXTranslator, Windchill, Team Center, Webinar, Quentic, CEIS.
5. Leadership qualities and role model behavior.
6. Ability to create and maintain good working relationships.
7. Strong communication skills (written and oral).
8. Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
9. Ownership and end-to-end thinking.
10. Teamwork abilities.
