Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related security experience.
• Must have Driver's License and weekend availability; 2nd/3rd shift availability.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and Leads; ensures post orders followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees and documents actions.
• Trains Security Officers; reviews post orders and assignment details.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with management.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports; inspects posts and outlines tasks with subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to provide assurance of security requirements and quality customer service.
• In accordance with company policies, carries out supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, planning, directing, coaching, and potentially hiring/terminating.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
