Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor for a client site in Quincy, MA. The role oversees Security Officers, ensures post orders and rounds are followed, and maintains accurate reports while coordinating with client representatives.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience, with a preference for retail security experience. Weekend nights schedule (Saturday-Sunday 6pm-6am) at $29/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Retail security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and post assignments; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and consult with management as needed.
• Train Officers and review assignments with subordinates; ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions designated by management.
• Prepare and submit required reports; communicate with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, orienting, and training staff; may act as Security Officer when needed.
