Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a Site Director to oversee day-to-day security operations at client sites in Minnesota. You will lead Security Officers and Supervisors, ensure top-quality service, and maintain strong client relationships.

Required is a Criminal Justice-related degree or equivalent experience, with at least seven years in security leadership. CPP certification and state license eligibility are preferred. Strong budgeting, Excel and workforce systems skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven years of managerial and policy-making experience in security or law enforcement.
• Professional certifications such as CPP preferred; ability to obtain security license if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure the client site is provided with high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and employees; coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct reviews, and maintain personnel files and workforce management records.
• Support HR in hiring, onboarding and terminations; prepare reports on personnel activities and account trends.
