Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a Site Director to oversee daily security operations at client sites. You will lead Security Officers and Supervisors, manage scheduling, payroll, training, and performance reviews while delivering top‑tier security services to protect people and property.

Requirements include a degree in criminal justice or related field, seven+ years of management in security, budgeting and HR experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of managerial and policy making experience in security.
• Experience with budgeting, HR processes and workforce management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check; pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property at client sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals and provide customer service.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies; conduct annual staff reviews.
• Monitor staff performance, document disciplinary actions and conduct performance appraisals.
• Maintain personnel files and workforce management systems with HR/Operations teams.
• Assist HR in hiring, onboarding and terminations as needed; prepare reports on personnel activity and trends.
• Track company equipment in the field and ensure policy compliance.
• Stay current on applicable federal, state, and local guidelines; support organizational culture and processes.
• Prepare correspondence and other required documents; perform other duties as assigned.
