The ideal candidate has Delaware State Guard Card credentials and prior security leadership experience, plus strong coaching, training, and supervisory skills to maintain high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2 years of related security experience.
• Delaware State Guard Card required with previous security leadership experience.
• Experience supervising officers and coordinating posts at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and other personnel across posts.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and meet with employees.
• Train officers and review post orders and assignments with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions as designated.
