Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, train, and support staff during shifts.
• Assist with intake and orient residents to the shelter.
• Identify residents with service needs and connect to staff.
• Conduct routine patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor safety and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct drills and training for emergencies.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
• Provide crisis intervention and inform leadership as needed.
• Review logs and attendance records daily.
• Conduct vertical patrols and inspections of the facility.
• Report signs of safety concerns or misconduct promptly.
