Win is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations within our shelter programs and ensure a safe, secure, and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors. In this leadership role, you will supervise Security Guards and Residential Aides, coordinate emergency preparedness efforts, investigate incidents, and support day-to-day shelter operations.
High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or training is preferred.
Valid New York State Security Guard License required.
Valid NYS Fire Safety License (F80 or F58) required.
Current First Aid/CPR certification required or ability to maintain certification.
2-3 years of experience in social services, shelter services, residential operations, or security environments.
1-2 years of supervisory experience leading frontline staff.
Strong understanding of safety, security, and emergency response procedures.
Experience utilizing CCTV and security monitoring systems.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies and crises.
Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
