Job summary

GardaWorld Security in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for a warehouse environment. You will supervise shift duties, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the highest quality security service during a 1pm–9pm, Wednesday through Sunday, 40-hour schedule.

Key duties include coordinating staffing, payroll and reports, keeping accurate logs and post orders, and directing shift officers.

Qualifications

• Must have PPSB License and CPR certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to provide HS diploma or GED.
• Extensive screening including background checks and drug test.
• Excellent customer service and basic phone/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service at the facility to uphold high standards.
• Develop staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
• Maintain operational logs and post orders.
• Build strong relationships with client and staff, and act as liaison.
• Direct, supervise, and support shift officers on assignment.
• Prioritize safety and respond to emergencies with timely reporting.
