Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Minimum age 21.
• Capable of passing extensive screening.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Shift Supervisor or Lead experience is required.
• Minimum 6 months of security experience; military or law enforcement backgrounds valued.
• CLEET license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
• Oversee and support security officers during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all officers follow company policies and safety protocols.
