Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and supervise Security Officers.
• Provide guidance and support to staff and ensure client service excellence.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and security records.
• Oversee access control, exterior patrols, and CCTV monitoring.
• Build strong client relationships and act as liaison between GardaWorld, client, and staff.
• Schedule staffing to ensure proper site coverage and efficiency.
• Promote safety culture and respond to emergencies promptly.
