Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Security Supervisor in Memphis, TN (Frayster) to oversee shift operations on the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm) and ensure high-quality security service for the client. This full-time role emphasizes leadership and coordination across teams to meet client expectations and safety goals.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of management experience, and preferred CPP/PSP certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-years management experience preferred for this supervisory role.
• CPP/PSP and related certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service to the facility and uphold GardaWorld standards.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, payroll, and reporting.
• Maintain operational logs, records and post orders accurately.
• Develop relationships with client and staff as liaison to GardaWorld and client site.
• Oversee staff orientation, training, and ongoing development.
• Aim for zero safety incidents while maintaining a strong safety culture.
