Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift and coordinate high-quality security services at the assigned client site.

The Security Shift Supervisor will act as the main link between site leadership, the Account Manager, and security officers, providing coaching and ensuring policy adherence while managing day-to-day operations on shift.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare clear written reports and logs.
• Must understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
