Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The role acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; able to deal with all levels professionally; initiative and judgment.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs with neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Drivers: valid license, clean driving record, minimum insurance coverage, safe operation.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service and communication.
• Ability to manage crisis situations calmly.
