Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.

The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers, ensuring coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must pass background and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within empowerment range.
