Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Clarksville, TN. The role involves supervising a security team on a fixed shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm–10pm) and coordinating with site leadership to deliver quality services.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, preparing shift reports, and maintaining client satisfaction while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowered guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain logs and reports for the shift.
