Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role supervises and coordinates the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned site, serving as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.

Ideal candidates have at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), strong written and verbal communication skills, and a valid driver’s license for

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers.
