Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Nashville to supervise security services on a given shift and coordinate with site leadership. The supervisor will act as liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers, delivering coaching and discipline within policy.

Requirements include 18+, a HS diploma or 5 years verifiable experience, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license with background check.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to supervise staff, coach and discipline within empowerment range
• Customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range
