Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in North Demopolis, Alabama. The role oversees a security team on a single shift, coordinates with the site supervisor and account management, and ensures quality service on site. Starting base pay is $18.81 per hour. Workdays are Monday through Friday, with a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift. Candidates must have at least 1 year security experience and meet licensing and background requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly.
• Valid driver’s license with driving history requirements.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift.
• Coordinate delivery of security services on shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy.
