Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience).
• Effective written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills for interaction with all levels of staff and the public.
• Able to prepare written reports/logs neatly and legibly, and read/understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality security services on a specific shift for an assigned site.
• Serve as liaison among site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and appropriate discipline within empowerment guidelines.
