Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Florence, NJ. The role oversees a security team on a specific shift, coordinates with the Account Manager and site staff, and ensures delivery of quality services while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Candidates must meet minimum requirements, including 18+, a HS diploma or 5 years verifiable experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driving Positions require a valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of security services on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate and act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved policy.
• Maintain professional conduct and client satisfaction on site.
