Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a site in Secaucus, NJ. The role oversees the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift and acts as a liaison among site staff, account management, and officers.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in security or related fields, active NJ SORA, and 21+ years old. The position offers a part-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm) with an hourly rate of $22 to start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' law enforcement/military police/corrections experience required.
• Active NJ SORA not required? (see below)
• Must be 21+ years of age and able to pass background checks.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a shift at the assigned site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers; provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
