Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor in Beloit, WI. The role supervises Security Officers and Lead Officers across client sites, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.

The supervisor coaches staff, provides training, and coordinates with management on staffing coverage and payroll information. The candidate will meet with client representatives, maintain security standards, and perform boss-level supervisory duties including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of security operations and supervisory practices.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites to ensure post orders are followed and required reports are filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; conducts performance discussions and documents outcomes.
• Trains Security Officers and reviews post orders and assignment details with team.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts, outlines tasks, and reviews responsibilities with subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and deliver quality customer service.
• Performs supervisory duties such as interviewing, orienting, training, planning, directing work, coaching, and termination recommendations as needed.
