Job summary

First Coast Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer Supervisor to oversee post orders, patrols, and on-site safety. You will lead the security team, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents to maintain a secure environment.

Requires two years of supervisory experience, ability to obtain state licensure, First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and a valid US work authorization. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain an Unarmed Professional Security License as required by state.
• Ability to obtain a First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Must pass a drug screening, driving record check and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient English language communication, reading, and writing skills.
• Able to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 40 lbs., bending, climbing, running, walking, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of post orders for all security staff.
• Lead, mentor, coach and provide feedback for employees.
• Conduct patrols and monitor all access points, interior and exterior as required.
• Stand guard at assigned posts to maintain visibility and ensure site security.
• Observe and report hazards or suspicious activity and complete daily logs and incident reports.
• Responding quickly to emergencies or threats.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
