Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for active day shifts in Mesa, AZ. The role involves supervising a team on a defined shift, coordinating with account management, and ensuring quality security services at the client site.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of security experience, an active Arizona guard card, and a valid Arizona driver’s license. Must be able to work outdoors, walk/stand for long periods, and handle crisis situations calmly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
