Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use initiative and judgment within guidelines.
• Proficient in basic computer usage and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at the client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions within approved empowerment range.
