Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for an on-site role at a secure facility. The position oversees a shift, coordinating a team of security officers and acting as a liaison to management to ensure quality service.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of security experience, supervisory background, a valid Arizona Driver’s License, and an active Arizona Guard Card. The role includes afternoons/evenings, full-time hours, and a competitive pay rate.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
