Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and ensure professional customer service.
