Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer in Mesa, AZ to service multiple client sites using our shift-pickup platform. The role centers on visible patrols, access control, and timely incident reporting.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of security experience, a valid guard card (where required), and the ability to work nights, weekends, or holidays. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable security experience.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and perform patrols.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and basic computer use.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, or rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Notice irregular conditions and address safety concerns.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire when necessary.
• Warn violators and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe and document activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Respond to emergencies per site orders.
