Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor on the Cupertino, CA campus to lead on-site security operations during a specific shift. You will coordinate security officers, liaise with management, and ensure delivery of quality service in a dynamic environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, California Security Guard Card, strong technology skills, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and handle crisis situations calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services on the assigned shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
