Job summary

Titan Security is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to work at an industrial site in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves controlling plant access, verifying credentials, directing semi trucks, conducting inspections and patrols, and maintaining accurate logs.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Check vehicle passes and direct trucks to the proper gate.
• Conduct Marsec vehicle inspections and general patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor security cameras and respond to incidents ensuring safety and logs are accurate.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered on duty.

Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to work at an industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Duties may include:

• Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Checking vehicle passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property.
• Checking semi trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate.
• Conduct Marsec vehicle inspections.
• Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions orunauthorized persons.
• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and TitanSecurity management.
• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred.
• Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to obtain an Ohio Guard Card.

Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.

Preferred Certifications:

NRC Certification.
