Job summary

Titan Security is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor for an industrial site in Cleveland, Ohio. The role manages access, verifies credentials, and oversees gate operations to maintain safety and security on site.

Responsibilities include monitoring cameras, patrolling, logging incidents, and supporting Marsec procedures while delivering excellent customer service. Eligible candidates may obtain an Ohio Guard Card and TWIC, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Experience in security dispatching is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to obtain an Ohio Guard Card and TWIC eligibility where required.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the plant via gate operations and verify credentials.
• Check vehicle passes and direct trucks to proper gates.
• Monitor CCTV, conduct patrols, and document incidents and logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to emergencies.
• Support Marsec procedures and perform vehicle inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to work at an industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Duties may include:

• Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Checking vehicle passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property.
• Checking semi trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate.
• Understanding Marsec (Maritime Security) procedures.
• Conduct Marsec vehicle inspections.
• Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions orunauthorized persons.
• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and TitanSecurity management.
• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred.
• Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to obtain an Ohio Guard Card.

Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.

Preferred Certifications:NRC Certification.
