Job summary

The Children’s Village in Dobbs Ferry, NY is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to lead the SCS team on the night shift and protect the safety and well-being of children in our residential setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and at least four years in childcare, law enforcement, or security. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Position Overview:

The SCS Shift Supervisor is responsible for all SCS Security Counselors working the shift as well as to ensure and maintain the well-being, safety and continued care and supervision of all children at the RTC.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Prior four years experience in childcare, law enforcement or security work preferred. A general respect for and interest in the well being of children. Ability to work with at-risk youth in a residential treatment center. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Proficient in the use of computers
